Hearts for Hearts are making a comeback!

My Hearts for Hearts doll Surjan, from Nepal.
I just heard that the Hearts for Hearts doll line is going to be coming back! It was discontinued for a while, but according to their Facebook page, a new company will be re-launching the line later this year. Here's the news blurb from their page:
"Good news! HFHG has been licensed to a new company, and they will be relaunching the line in time for Holiday 2016. The first four to be reintroduced will be Dell, Rahel, Nahji, and Consuelo. They will be the same high-quality dolls, with donations being made to World Vision. The website will also be coming back with stories, games and more. Exact sale date not yet available. Please stand by for more information."
I think a lot of people will be pretty happy about this. Thanks Joanne, for letting me know about it.

  1. That's great to hear! I've been kicking myself for not buying Nahji when she was available (and not wanting to pay the mark-ups that I've seen on eBay), so it's brilliant to know that there's going to be a comeback.

    1. I was lucky enough to be able to get two of them for half off after they were discontinued. Surjan up there in my picture is one of them. I'll be really interested to see if the re-launched dolls look the same as the old ones, or if there will be differences.

  2. I'm super excited about this! Their prices on the secondary market are crazy, but my daughters and I just love these dolls! I hope the new company will keep the same fine quality, too!

  3. Yay! I wanted to get one a long time ago and by the time I was going to get one they had discontinued it. Now I have a chance! Yay! I hope they're the same though.
